Since we had had two days out this week, I thought I should stay in and do some work, so while Scamp was out at Tesco, I made a start on clearing out a cupboard. Not satisfied with that, I made a frying pan pizza for lunch from this excellent recipe
I made the dry fry version, not risking the deep fried pizza, although they are lovely as anyone from Glasgow will tell you.
